Ash & Ivey Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

At Ash & Ivey, we want you to love your purchase! Due to our limited inventory, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for store credit. However, we do accept exchanges on eligible items.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or any signs of wear.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Hats

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ashandiveyboutique@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
