Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • During new launches, sales, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Delivery times vary by carrier and location but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Pre-Orders

  • Any item marked as a pre-order will have an estimated shipping date listed in the product description.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • Ash & Ivey Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package has been shipped, Ash & Ivey Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
  • We are happy to assist you in locating your package whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • We will review the claim and work with you to find a solution.
